Last Man Standing – Community driven!

At Last Man Standing, we believe in bringing people together through the love of functional fitness. Over the years, we have built a community that is centred around inclusivity and authenticity to enable athletes to reach new heights, achieve their goals and connect with like-minded individuals.

There is a spot for everyone at Last Man Standing, from the beginners right through to the elites. So no matter what your fitness level may be, you are able to find a category and event that is suited for you. Our workouts are well-rounded, filled with endurance, strength and technical movements tailored to your level and functional fitness as a whole.

As we head into the 2024 season, we have confidence that you will have a great competitive year and we thank you for the ongoing support and patience, while building to an Epic 2025!

Categories

Individuals

Divisions: Elite – Eligible to compete in iF3 Events, Intermediate, Beginners and Masters (+35 yrs)

1st, 2nd and 3rd in each division will be awarded a podium finish.

LMS Individuals24 in partnership with SAFSF will consists of six distinct tests: Endurance, Strength, Bodyweight, Skill, Mixed, and Power.

Each test is designed to evaluate different aspects of fitness, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of each athlete’s abilities.

As a sanctioned Event, LMS athletes will have the opportunity to qualify for the iF3 Events, of which the 2024 event will be held in Budapest.

Divisions

* Please note that below is a guide to assist you in correctly choosing your division. In no way does this limit or constrain the organisers to scaling and or adjustments to movements. Athletes with any queries as to their division choice should confirm with their coach or trainer.

Athlete’s age on the last day of the said competition year will be used to determine age category.

Masters have the choice to compete in the Masters Divisions or the Open Aged Categories (E,I,B). it would not be possible to compete in both.

** Last Man Standing reserves the right to adjust or amend an athletes division at their sole discretion, athletes competing in an incorrect division or scaling based on various factors, will be requested to move accordingly.

Finalisation of entry including division choice is subject to final approval by the organiser.
