The 2025 competition is in full swing!

Individuals24 at Cornwall College was a huge success thanks to our whole community.

We are excited to announce that LMS Teams25 will be a sanctioned Event for the South African Functional Sports Federation (SAFSF) (https://functionalfitness.sport/federations/south-africa/). This comes with a change in venue to Loftus Versfeld, D Field (https://g.co/kgs/Ni6AfA4).
